Fate was released January that year. Can't recall the past release dates for many other eroge offhand.

They must be blocking IPs from Japan. A lot of translation groups have started doing that in the past few months. I think it's rather amusing that the KS image is coupled with that particular poll, considering all the "ks devs get out" nonsense. I've even been accused of being a KS dev on TF2 since I use a KS related spray.
