I think it should, as it does actually limit snake and act as a hindrance, instead of "cool, now we can put in a robot eye that shoots lasers!"

Howzabout Joker from Mass Effect?

He's got a brittle-bone disease that goes all shattery if he moves the wrong way.
But on the plus side, he's the best pilot there is.

Garrett, the protagonist of Thief: The Dark Project, loses one of his eyes over the course of the story, when Constantine, one of Garrett's clients, betrays and attacks him. In the sequel, Thief II: The Metal Age, Garrett has replaced the lost eye with a new, mechanical one that offers some nifty, thievery-aiding features, like a zooming ability.

Try to DL the game and see how lame he is lolx.. But I must say the story made his image less lamey and it was a good story for me; he wil eventually overcome this inferiority in him with the help of your choosen girl at the course of the path whom he will also fall inlove with. (His attitude is rockaxe except for the fact that he quitted being a drummer after losing an arm).

In the course of your path, you'll often see how he pity himself just because he can't do a roll anymore... He'll eventualy blame your choosen girl for getting him back into music... There is even a time on one of the paths where he was given a prosthetic arm and yet he still sinked into the oblivion of retardness, hurting the girl he loves most who in fact is the one who made that prosthetic arm (literaly made, overnight as the story tells).

Can't find a wikipedia page for Brass Restoration.. shame.. well i think this will do
