Setou got his own rout and he is in the minor section so why isn't Mikado?

Misha says more lines than any two other characters combined.

I know she is important but so is Setou so I just thought she was kind of out of place because only girls with routs and Nakai are considered main characters.

i should have worded it differently but I meant that the mains are you (Nakai) and the rout girls + Mikado so i thought she was out of place
