I get this error message when I try and install the game:

"Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy"

I've tried redownloading it four times at different times and it still gives me this error. My system specs are as follows:

HP Pavilion dv6500 Notebook PC with an AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X@ Dual-Core Processor TK-55 1.80GHz and 2.00GB RAM

I'm running Vista Service Pack 1

Try downloading it from the mirror, maybe?

I've tried downloading from the mirror (since the main site seems down) and I get the same error message
I have vista (though pretty positive its not 64 bit vista) and norton anti-virus (if that says anything at all),
but besides that my system is fairly new...

Nevermind, I got it, and here's how.

An IT friend of mine helped me through it... This is what he suggests and it worked for the downloading problem...

"But That error sometimes means you tried to download the file before but it failed before the download could completely finish for some reason. To remedy you are supposed to delete the installer clear your temporary internet history and re-attempt the download."
