Ran across a pair of one-shots fans of the game might want to check out.
Densen Complex chapters 7 and 8. They're only up on the group's IRC, but I think I'll make it easier on you:

Anyone happen to know of anything else?

I thought I'd mention this here, since making a new thread would be redundant:
My sister bought this OVA called "Grrl Power!" at Otakon, and it's so cute! The thing is, one of the main little girls, Ao, is deaf. She can lip read (more convenient for the anime probably), and is even the "manager" who is smart and handles organization and stuff for their club. The little booklet in the dvd box even teaches a few ASL letters. Her description doesn't even note her deafness. I haven't watched it yet but I think I will today. My sister tells me there's little things like "Hey, you have to talk to her from the front, you know!"

That seems strangely interesting, but the title really makes me pull away. Could you say anything more about the story or somewhere I could read about it?
offtopic: Anyone knows a way to input the ^ thingy in Ubuntu? I had to copy-paste it from another forum....
v Danke.

Really? I saw that there and thought it was just another run of the mill slice of life thing.
I guess it all depends on your opinion.

Hmm.... I read about it and saw the trailer(?) here:

It seems strangely compelling. The art is far from my liking, but so it was Yotsuba& but grew to like it. I'll watch if I ever find it.

Oh, yeah, I bought that one.
It's not that good, really, but it's certainly "disability positive".
This is probably the best part:
Well, that or the loli cheerleader shaking her ass at the camera.
Anyone want to take it off my hands? Got fivebux?

There's an h-doujinshi called "Barrier Free" that has a crippled Taiga clone.

I can list off a bunch of H-manga featuring the disabled but nothing that isn't designed to be fapping material.
I really can't think of anything serious, you should give Schuppen Harnische a read though. Nausicaa doujin by RAITA with delicious damaged loli princess and some touching build up and conclusion.
