I'm sorry, but if you ask for a critique then you have to be prepared for the worst. If you want a critique filled with fluff and sugar you can go to Deviant Art.

But I have to know, did you use a mouse or a tablet?

Well, that was mostly sarcasm. Go hard. I used a mouse, since my linework is shaky as hell.

Well, the lack of nipples and labia are kind of disturbing. Also, the placement of the belly button is awkward in comparison to the perspective.
Since it's anime, which is one of the easiest types of art to draw (makes me wonder why so many people still suck at it), you can't really say anything else about it since the style only comes off as "unorthodox".

Hm, that's all very solid. I'd shell out some excuse, but I don't see that to be necessary. I'll try polishing it sometime later.

But the real question is, that would you classify this as acceptable.

her boobs are too high up, they're a bit lower down the chest, and the alignment in the body seems off.
Her face it very cute though!

The body looks all deformed. For example:
Her legs are like, fat. They need to match up with her hips down. Her right breast is smaller than her left, so they both need to be the same same and fix them so they need to look more round. Her expression isn't like here, whether that matters or not you decide. Shoulder composure is off, make them even out with each other. So your problem is disfiguring, angle, size and shape. Some basic key concepts that associate with human or animal drawings.

Is there still something wonky, as I have next no eye for my own mistakes.

Rin doesn't seem to have a pelvis.
