For the "two endings" planned for each girl/route, are those two GOOD endings (with an implied bad ending out there somewhere) or a good ending and a bad ending?

You are. But the game is worth it. I have replayed it thrice and I still didn't get bored.

But, alas, that means the game is going to be release in 4 or 5 parts.

Edit: I just read in FAQ that the next will be the full release. Sorry for the aforementioned line.

Nope, next release is full, and if they took 3-5 years they would be slower than most action game makers.

They already are, since this would be their 4th year of working on KS, if memory serves me right... Do take into account they're only putting their -free- time into making this VN, i.e. most devs still have regular day-jobs.
