After playing through Act 1 and getting to the ending I started wondering about what other people got. Personally I got Emi's ending, which works out just fine for me and now I want to see the results of other's games. In short I'm bored and curious so lets get this going.

Yeah i got Emi. I was aiming for Rin, so i figured i would stick with her, but i ending up kinda wrong. Don't get me wrong though, i do like Emi. Rin seems to be hard to get on the first playthrough, considering you basically have to hit just the right combination. You have to stay in good enough terms that you get her, but you have to stay away from everyone else as well.

Holy Crap alot of people got Emi first. I got Hanako first and they used the walkthrough for the others.

Emi is what you get if you don't go out of your way towards a particular girl. Apologies to thehivemind who writes her, this isn't thh's fault.

I got lily first myself. Surprised to see I'm only one of two. I thought it would have been higher.

I got Shizune's, although I admit I was lame and looked at a walkthrough after the first two or three questions to make sure I got her ending.

Like most everyone else, I went choosing what felt at the moment I'd most likely do, that got me Emi.

Yeah, I was aiming for Hanako and I ended up with Emi. I have nothing against Emi but the ending was so.. bland in my opinion that I though I did something wrong and there was another Emi ending.

Not a single Rin yet, eh? I got Emi, just like everybody else, I guess...

Got Emi too, which I don't have any trouble with, since I like her spunk and positive attitude, though I think the reason so many people gets Emi ending is because the players doesn't realise just how severe Hisaos condition is and instead of thinking: "wait...can this kill me?" they think: "RWAR, testeron pumping, gotta show how GAR I am...hnnng" and not so much because the choice isn't intuitive.
infact, it should be, if you consider all the revealed information up till then. a confession alone being enough to give Hisao a heart attack and the nurse warning against too much stress, the fact that Emi is the type who push herself to the limit and so would respect someone that does the same, infact asking Hisao to do so and the way she's so caring about health.
But in a way, I think it a good thing, it's where I really realised just how much it can affects ones life to have a condition that Hisao have.
