To Fit In (KS/1Man1Jar Crossover)

Hisao had prepared for this moment for some time.
He had done a great many things in his life, after first appearing at Yamaku he had met a great number of people.
People who were, in one way or another, mostly not whole. This had scared him at first, it had made him worry about acceptance and social faux pas.
But eventually, he came to realise that he fit in.
And fitting in, that was all to important for what was to come.
Hisao laid out the towel slowly. It was important for him that everything was perfect.
The Jar sat on top of the towel. The jar was a large glass jar. It was not unusual, a slightly yellow lid sat at the on the towel, for it was up-side-down. This jar. This jar would fit in. Just as he had.
Kenji had taught Hisao things that he had never known before. Their friendship, however odd, had blossomed over his time.
Now, this was just an extension of that.
Hisao flicked on the video camera and crouched over the jar.
Why, the jar was but a symbol.
The camera watched him as he went lower, and started to insert the jar.
It took effort, yes. But it was satisfying, just as Kenji has said.
It was fitting in.
eventually, it made it's way further, and further, until eventually.
It fitted in.
Then, all of a sudden. There was a crack.
Hisao's vision went black.
Author's Notes:
I feel that KS and 1Man1Jar have so much in common, and I've tried to portray this in the best way. This is a short fic, but I believe it expresses the artistic value of both pieces at their best.
It shows the lust for people to fit in, and the fragility of one's life.
Enjoy.
