Haha, i Googled that name and got that blond fruit cup from Vampire Nights. Then i saw that the "Ichijou" you mentioned was a girl, so i looked again and found Ichijou Karen from school rumble one.

Lucy Hanako is pretty adorable, and it had my Hanako fanboy friend dying over in a corner, as he likes both catgirls (I know they aren't really catears but they look like them) and pink hair...

that's actually were they were on Lucy's head, maybe a smig higher.

The eyebrows kind turned out that way, after turning blond hair into black hair
