As said in the title, I have finished the game fully and unlocked 20/21 achievements. This includes the 'Congratulations' 100% complete achievement on Steam.
However, the Bundle of Choices for seeing every choice is still locked somehow.
I have gone through the Gallery (which shows 100%) and gone through every scene. Every choice has a tick and I have even selected them all again. Still locked.
Wonder if there is a reason for this and how it could be fixed?

There are certain dialog options which only appear depending on previous decisions; so while you may have checked every box you can see, it's likely that there are some you have not seen all of the choices in the game, even if you have visited every scene.

There are a few scenes that could have choices you've never seen, while still allowing you to complete the gallery and 100% the rest of the game:

• Act 1 — Slow Recovery: If you choose "I sure was having fun" the second set of options in the same scene will not appear (but it will still be possible to reach every scene and ending by other paths).

• Rin's Act 2 (Disconnect) — In Her Own Image: This is a likely culprit. There are six possible options for this scene, which you will see three at a time, each corresponding to one of the choices in the earlier three decision points in the same act ("Studied in Grayscale," "Things You Like," "Underwater and a Maple with a Name")

• Rin's Act 3 (Distance) — Things You Hate: You only see the "It doesn't matter" option if you picked a certain choice in "Rose-Tinted Glasses" or "BADAAN!" but it would still be possible to get 100% of the scenes if you never saw that checkbox.
