Looks like Kenji has finally attained enough power to fight back against the feminists everyone; cower in fear before his mighty Kenji Blast!

It's from the Castlevania parody flash game, Katawa Shoujo Lite. It should still be up on Newgrounds if you have the inkling to play it. It's quite well done.

P.S.: The "Kenji Blast" is actually his scarf being used as a whip, Belmont style.
