Obviously Shizune.

I think the music project comes after what we have seen in act 1, or maybe act 1 of the full version will have a few different events. It will probally be some awesome band that gets together just before the big show, I can see it now...

Hisao - lead singer and guitar
Shizune - bass
Rin - keyboard
Lilly - drums

... then again maybe not...

If we're doing band things, I would say:
Misha - Vocals
Shizune - Bass Guitar
Emi - Lead Guitar
Rin - Keyboard
Lilly - Drums
Hanako - Rhythm Guitar

Optionally placing Emi as Vocals and Hanako as Lead Guitar, with removing Misha entirely. But I'm a Misha fanboy. Hisao can do lights or something and get the hell off my moe stage.

Lilly - Keyboard

Honestly I could see Rin playing keyboard before singing.
I also don't see why Shizune can't be in the band, she could keep a beat even if she can't hear the music.
Lilly should probably have a classical instrument, a keyboard doesn't suit her.
I fully agree with the keep Hisao out of my damn moe band movement.

It's rather easy to do, especially if you're as good at noticing little visual things like I would expect a deaf person to be. I watch people's mouths or foot taps in choir all the time to keep time.

Emi and Rin - Drums (Emi for the upper level, Rin for the lower level)
Shizune - Lead Guitar
Hanako - Bass Guitar
Lilly - Keyboard (Keyboard is the closest you can get to a classical instrument in a normal band -> piano)
Misha - Rhythm Guitar and Lead Singer
