Tech Forum?

This might not be a good idea I don't really know but it is definitely an idea I'm fairly sure of that.
Some people have been on the forum with problems running the game or things of that nature and I thought maybe it would be a good idea to have a separate forum just for that.
There are obvious advantages and disadvantages to consider but I think it would probably be a good change unless everybody ignored the tech forum leaving only people with questions and none with answers.
