The short answer is "not reliably".
The longer answer is "everything ends up on sale on the Internet, eventually, and we generally release digital copies of most artbooks a fair while later, on the blog".

Back in the day, the artbooks were later released to the public as PDFs. Haven't seen this one as PDF anywhere. Was it released in this form?
