That's quite a milestone. It is truly like the ending of the Third Age. :)
Many thanks to all who are part of the 4LS team that gave us Katawa Shoujo!

Aww man, I'm all sad now....:(

I hope you guys still stick around with us even though I guess you can technically wash your hands of it now...even if some of you already did.

I'd love to know what each dev feels with this "End of support" statement. I mean technically speaking yes KS has been done for 3 years already, but IMO you guys have alot to be proud of.

It'd be fitting with this sort of an..."End of an Era" statement.

I don't feel much anything, since this doesn't change things for me personally basically at all. Delta said he's relieved because he can now tell "fuck off" with impunity to everyone who bothers him.

The work put in the last eight years by each and every member of 4LS has been a labour of love. After all that, you've earned the right to ride off gloriously into the sunset to thunderus applause, you wonderful peple.

We salute you, O great and wise developers. May you go on to great things in the future (even if some of you will be sticking around for a while)

And tell Delta I'm happy for him

I also write now, apparently. Since everyone else does it, I'm putting it here

I have also discovered that I'm a decent proofreader. Anybody with SPaG problems is free to PM me their work for a thorough analysis and/or evisceration. Depends on how I'm feeling.

Also, if it weren't for me checking out that "cripple porn game by 4chan" on a whim 3 years ago, I very probably would've gone another 25 years without being aware significantly of anime. So, obligatory fuck you for that.

My now wife hates the change in me once I got a hold of that stuff.

Everything has an end. But as long as I have these forums, I'll stick around.

Well I sure boarded the train at the penultimate station but I'm happy to watched you guys from there to the terminus. You've changed and helped a lot of people and minds with the so-called 'Katawa Shoujo effect' (I am no exception), so for that you have my never-ending respect and gratitude. I'll never quite grasp how so many talented people came together to make something this wonderful by absolute chance, though.

I realize you're absolutely sick and tired of this question - or at least I would imagine - but is this the end of Four Leaf Studios in terms of development/projects for the foreseeable future?
EDIT: So there's an 'Ask!' topic that I just found. This question was obviously recently answered there, so ignore my ignorance please.

So, I found what may or may not be someone's mistake:
On the KS's official site, the Windows version to download (at least, the torrent one) still the 1.3 and not the 1.3.1. To get the last version I had to download directly from the blog..
Was that supposed to be like that..?

If I remember correctly you did not allow the porting of the game to other platforms like ARM-CPU-based systems because you did not wanted to be bothered with support questions. Will you allow it now, since the support officially ended?
