I don't want to be blunt/rude, but there is so many wrong with that statement that i can't believe i don't feel the energy of saying why is it wrong.

Xanatos: "Sometimes" might be an understatement
Ultimately, Man had choices. As Jim puts it in a nutshell, "We are who we choose to be."

Explain why "Man had choices" in your own words without relying on a quote from i-don't-care-who if you expect me to take your argument seriously.

You chose to post that...

He'll probably choose to respond.

And I'm choosing to point out the obvious.

As for why we have these choices, it's possibly because we aren't robots.

We are humans.

Hell, even my dog can make choices, she could sleep out in the hallway on a pillow or she could sleep in my room using one of my beanbags. She opts for the beanbag as it is way more comfy.

Technically, Hisao is sort of a robot since he's programmed to do certain things by the guys at 4LS lol

But, the dog cannot know the full implications of that choice. Us humans can. Unless your brain is damaged in some way, you always have the choice of reacting to your surroundings by instinct, or thinking about your actions and choosing another way.

Anyway, that quote was just for laughs. Those who play SCII will know who the fellow is. But, Dr. Viktor Frankl did talk about this in his book Man's Search For Meaning.

Specifically a sex robot.

Which is more on topic than where this has gone recently. I don't think we're going to solve the problem of free will, guys.

No, but i just had the hope that simplistic non-sense like "man had choices" won't be spewed out as if it were meaningful in any way. I guess i forgot what forum i'm on.

The robot tangent was pretty amusing though.

It's just that, you know, we're talking about anime porn. Not that there's anything wrong with that at all in any way. That's my thought on the H scenes: they are generally a good thing.

You know what Hisao wants?

He wants seeeeeeex.

I'll refrain from adding my thoughts about free will at this time

on topic: I just finished shizune's route (bad first then good) and I was thoroughly disappointed in the Misha scene. I know I know it makes perfect sense that it was awkward and weird and wrong storywise, I think I'm just a little upset because I like Misha way more than Shizune :b I wish there was an option to play as a girl, then she would be mine!
