Maybe make it cut to clay stop-motion animation for a minute in the middle of the episode then when it turns back, everyone is green and the sky is orange, everyone's drawn like Adventure Time.
Think we could get Shin Ounuma to direct this?

The second Amagamo SS opening is so darn sweet. Everytime I watch it I can just imagine it redone with the KS girls. And there's even a shot of Hisao and Kenji reading hentai behind the school.
I could see them doing an adaptation of Chapter One to set up Hisao's situation, then have him go to bed. Every 2-3 episodes show he'd wake up the same way, but go through a different arc.

Long version: In my opinion, a director whose chief strength is the use of light, shadow and colour. Since he started out with the studio Shaft (one of his early anime being
ef), he's not afraid to change animation style even during a scene. He did
Tasogare Otome X Amnesia,
C3, and - most crucially - he's doing this season's
It's not My Fault I'm not Popular, where he uses plenty of style divergances (such as sudden Picasso style). Not only could he do what you suggested, he could make it work.
Short Version: An anime director whose good at sudden style changes (see:
C3, or
Watamote).

That's a hard question because it all depends on the execution. Several people mentioned this already so I won't go into detail, but the biggest problem is this: how are you going to relay the "choose your own path" feeling of the original?
Another problem would be Hisao. His personality was pretty amorphous in the first act, so the player could choose how he would act. Based on the path that the player chose, Hisao's character solidified to keep his personality close to the player's. And it was necessary that he be such a blank sheet of paper. The characters are so dissimilar that they naturally attracted a larger audience because they could appeal to so many groups.
So the problem is not just how to handle the different routes but also how to handle Hisao's character. You can't give him the personality he gets in Shizune's arc when he pursues Hanako; it's just not going to work. So, do we flashback to the heart attack after each season's done? Do we get five different main characters for each of the girls?
That's going to be an obstacle that the developers are going to have to handle, and not everyone's going to like the way they do it. There are a lot of ways around it: multiple male protagonists, an arc per season, creating new characters for Hisao to romance *cough cough* Rika and Saki *cough*, or just choosing one arc for the true path.
And then you've got the good, bad, and neutral endings. If they did all good endings, there might not be that moment of revelation, like in Hanako's bad ending, or the true feeling you get from Rin's neutral ending. Choosing different endings arbitrarily would displease some of the fanbase. They'd start asking, "Why did she get a good ending when my favorite didn't?" That's not going to go over well.
And what about the alphas? People say that Shizune's path is better in the alpha, so are we going to use that or the released version? Hanako's is different as well; what are we going to do with that? Or do we integrate them?
tl;dr: this would be a nightmare to plan, so I doubt anyone will make it. If they did, they'd have many, many obstacles to overcome, and failing at any of them could ruin the story. That said, they could pull it off. If they did, then yes, I'd watch it.
My final answer is: maybe. I'd listen to what a bunch of you think about the anime, then go from there. Unless it was generally well-received, I would probably avoid it, preferring not to tarnish the wonderful memories from Yamaku.

Hisao may be a bit bland, but he does have a pretty consistent personality. It develops a tad differently depending on what route he takes, but there isn't that a huge of a difference between the way he acts in the different routes.
As for the routes, you're not going to be able to follow the game and please everyone, somebody is going to be upset that their favorite character didn't get the focus they deserve.
Of course another idea is to make a prequel series. The game starts with their last year of Highschool. What about their first two years. You could follow the characters around for a while, showing much of the backstory that was only hinted at, and end the series with Hisao showing up.

What about them? Alphas are obsolete. Throw 'em out.

My own idea for a KS anime (which I've been kicking around in my head ever since I played the game about a year ago) would essentially be five separate mini-series, each 4 episodes long; thus 20 episodes in total. Each "arc" would begin the same way, with the first episode being introduced with the opening animation and going through Hisao's first days at Yamaku, though each one would then diverge to feature him growing closer with one of the girls. (Possibly adding a single "prologue" episode re: Iwanako and the very beginning of the Yamaku stuff.) Each subsequent episode in the girls' arc would naturally correspond to each act, and the girls' animations would serve as the "opening theme" of her episodes. The arcs would all end with the good endings, naturally.
I've been thinking about this for a very long time and have come up with a lot of (probably obnoxiously complicated) details for how it would work. If anyone's interested, I could elaborate later...

Personally, I want a career in the cinema later. And if I become a famous popular director, I would buy out the rights of the game to fit in Japanese Drama xD

Pretty much this.
The last anime I watched was School Rumble. Unless you're one of those people that count RWBY as a true anime, then RWBY was the last anime I watched.

It's 60% of an anime. Not quite there but not quite not.

"Anime" is just the Japanese term for cartoon. When will people realize this? Most likely never.

RWBY is not anime and pretty damn awful besides.
When can I get a Kamen Rider Katawa?
