Guess it's back to the old drawing board...
Yes, that is also one reason why I do feel QUITE fortunate. And I feel much respect for those other individuals. I don't know if I would have been able to hold on for that long. Ok, well, yes, I know I would have. But it wouldn't have been fun. Perhaps the finished product will mean more to them than to me. Yet I still look forward to it! I've got nothing else at the moment. And I really love living at Yamaku. It's like the high school I never enjoyed.neumanproductions wrote:Imagine the guys who have been here since 06' while i've only been here since early 09'.
Well, why didn't they?Csihar wrote:In b4 "why didn't you clean up the Emi sprites" nerdrage.
Don't worry about whether they'll fix things before the final release; they'll release it when it's done, not when they don't feel like working on it anymore. If they determine that the Emi sprites need to be cleaned up before the final release, then they'll do so, but on their own time. The artists need to eventually catch up with the writers for the project to go forth, and fussing with minutiae on functionally complete art isn't the way to go about that.Nintendo Maniac 64 wrote:Well, why didn't they?
No seriously, they're not planning on leaving it like that for the final, are they?

More to the point, it came out so early after v3 because the French team, unlike most other teams, had a hard deadline due to their convention plans.Juno wrote:Because v4 exists for the sole purpose of having a French translation ready.
