No, you find the gallery by clicking "Extras" in the main menu. The menu pictures have nothing to do with getting 100%.

Yeah I do. I only thought there were two Lilly endings, but I missed the bad one and had to replay (ouch).

There are only two Lilly endings. Rin and Hanako get three, Kenji gets one, and Emi gets two but one has two separate paths to reach it.

There are only two ending in Lilly's route; the good one and the bad one, which non-LLs tend to refer to as the "neutral ending".

I achieved the happy ending first, then the one that ends kind of abruptly (neutral?) and I thought that was the bad ending.

Or was that the bad ending? Lilly was my first playthrough so I'm trying to remember here.

Lilly's bad end is where she leaves. Good, she doesn't. No neutral.

Hanako's route has 3 endings. The good, the bad and the neutral. Maybe that's what you were thinking about?

There are 14 endings, and I'll list them all for you.

Lilly: Good & Bad
Hanako: Good, Neutral & Bad
Rin: Good, Neutral & Bad
Shizune: Good & Bad
Kenji: Manly
Emi: Good, Bad & Good via Misha

To be honest it gets a little confusing trying to divorce yourself from other endings towards the end. Too many self-contained universes in each playthrough, WHY ISN'T HANAKO TALKING TO ME....oh wait different story.
