Yeah, same here. I've been taking some for about three years, and they haven't resulted in anything except three years of good sleep, rather than three years of tossing and turning and sleeping only when exhaustion forced me to do so (which is basically what the three years preceding them were like). I think pills get an overly bad rap.
yea I'd say the problem comes if your sleeping problem gets worse than it was before the pills, after the pills.

It really boils down to how well you know the stuff that's in the pills. "Is this drug potentially addictive?" Knowing is indeed half the battle.

I prefer "Is this drug carcinogenic and/or will it cause anal leakage?"

Side effects, in general. Then comes the weighing benefits and risks part.
