In what sense? That every female character in my stories should be presumed gay until proven
straightbi?

I still half-expect you to quit.
When I looked up at her face this time, she treated me to the most radiant smile I had ever seen—before she reached up, pulled one eyelid down, and blew me the raspberry.
This has to be my favorite exchange between them so far.
And I see you got rid of the redundant 'unlocked door' reference.

That was actually quite good. I like the idea you're exploring with Shizune's lack of ability to "overhear" leaving her cut off from the undercurrents and floating rumours of the school.

Emi's sudden lesbian-ism, kinda came out of left field for me. I thought you were going for one of those "unaquired/impossible love" troops that seem to popular these days. But then BAM, Emi digs chicks. Then again, up until these last few, i thought it was going to have something to do with Shizune worrying about stealing Hisao away from her. So i guess that just shows how much i can misinterpret something.

^Off-topic: I'm actually listening to 'On Melancholy Hill' right now.
On-topic: I didn't think it was so out of left field. Emi's reveal had a bit of a 'how convenient' feel to it, but that might have been because of her denial of being bisexual and Shizune's reaction to that - it's hard to describe, but it felt like a bit of an unnecessary yank on Shizune's chain. Whether on Emi's part or Goldilurks', I'm not sure. Anyway, I feel like I picked up on it before the reveal; couldn't possibly tell you any specific lines or bits I got the feeling from, it was just kind of there.

With me it was Emi's reaction to Shizune's 'blackmail'. That told me Emi was interested.
Though buying Shizune the bra was a clue as well. Emi must have stared at Shizune's rack long enough to know her size…

They aren't mine, They're from the Shimmie. I don't remember who drew them though. I'll have to take a hunt through
EDIT: Found it, uploaded by delta to the shimmie, not sure who the artist was. I wish I had that kind of talent!

I like where this story is going. But what I like as well is the way it came. Pretty nicely thought out, all in all. And the Shizune - well - monologue in the last part is really good. Especially coming from a somewhat win-fixed character like Shicchan.

Arrggghhhh....I know this was answered somewhere before, but can't remember where...Is Shizune nearsighted or farsighted?
