I'm not entirely sure here (perhaps my English is starting to fail me), but "I had no idea you had it in you" seems odd.... But as I've said, I'm not sure.

Also, lol at the "Yo quiero Taco Bell." one. But personally, I don't dig taco bell, it tastes incredibly bad when you've grown accustomed to the real deal.

I believe it's referring to a certain pedophile tendency from Hisao. Seen with what is clearly some "delicious loli" (indeed), the not-loli types doubt of the sexual deviations of the MC, thus pointing to him in a ironic and (false) non-alarmed way that, clearly, or subject of apreciation is trying to engage in sexual intercourse with said loli.

Indeed, the most alarming part of this case is not the overstated pedophile tendency of Hisao, but the repressed libidinal pulsation from the phalic-haired subject, who is undoubtedly, by stating outloud that the MC is gonna get some sweet, sweet loli action, "asking for it".
Furthermore, if the obviously mentally impaired phallus-head is translating what the blind, extensively sexually-repressed individual states, that would mean that their simbiotical and obviously lesbianic relation compells us to believe that both these histerical subjects "want some of what Emi will be having".
