Both that picture and my avatar are from the same anime, those two are 2/5 of the main characters.

Its an adorable but sometimes feel-causing anime, nice story, they've basically made kids with overactive imaginations go overboard into believing they really are what they think, and dubbed it "8th grader syndrome"

The protagonist is a normal guy who used to believe he was a "Dark Flame Master" and those two are current sufferers, its a rom-com anime basically.
