Oh my, you've included Greater than the Sum in here. I'm flattered. If I may make a suggestion, perhaps the "begins" parameter would be best be renamed "timeframe"? Then you're not limited to listing an arbitrary date at which the fic starts, and you have the ability to cover the range of the story from beginning to end, as well as being able to do so in more abstract terms, if necessary. Also, the first postful of fics looks rather long. I'm not saying to chop it up just yet, but just be mindful of post length moving forward. Oh, and may I add:

Can You Open Your Heart? (http://ks.renai.us/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=5920) Route by Rikabro (Completed, lots of words)

You're welcome. I always liked that story, and I think it's very much worth including.

Comrade and I discussed whether to include the "Begins" information at all. The main reason why we decided to include it was to give the reader an idea where the story set in, i.e. which route it would be good to have read already to avoid spoilers. I don't think the information whether the events of the story span a day, a week or a month will be very relevant when deciding whether or not to read a story.
Also, both the "Route" marker and the word count will give a general idea that the story will span a larger timeframe.
Also, the first postful of fics looks rather long. I'm not saying to chop it up just yet, but just be mindful of post length moving forward.
That's why the whole first page was reserved.
Looking at it now, I don't think we would have needed so much space. I think the entries so far will comfortably fit in one post. We will split them when neccessary.

Does this rule not apply?

Update, 12/03/2013:
Experimentation by other users has found 150 lines per post to be an acceptable compromise that doesn't usually cause problems. Please notice that embedded images do count against post size.

Edit, 07/06/2013:
I thought this was obvious, but just to be on the safe side: the maximum number of posts to a forum page is fixed at 15. If there are already several short posts in a page, you can get away with adding a fairly long one. If you already have several long posts, it can be better to wait for the next page.

Perhaps I should have chosen a different word. I meant not the duration of the story, but the time period. In fact, "time period" would have been a better choice of phrase. Anyway, I changed my mind and think that's a silly idea. Like you said with the "Route" keyword denoting a lengthy duration, "Epilogue" and "Prequel" denote the time period. It's kind of redundant.

With your point regarding spoilers, why not just cut to the chase and have a "Spoilers" field instead? Say, if something contains spoilers for Shizune's route, then "Shizune" would be listed after it. Or if it spoils a different fanfic, or even a different work entirely, then that could be noted as well.

You see, "spoilers" has a different meaning for everyone.
Some people would call the fact that Emi's father is dead a spoiler, for some it would be obvious.
To comb every story in here - or even only those which are already listed - for stuff someone might consider a spoiler is a task I'd assign sumeone who has murdered his parents.
It's much easier to simply assume that a story that begins "after Emi's good end" does contain spoilers for that route.

@Sea:
I guess 150 lines is very much on the safe side, but yes, I assume comrade will do the first split soon.

Demonix, I added your entries, thank you for the submission.
BTW ongoing stories are stories that are going to be FINISHED, if you are not going to finish your stories, submit them as ABANDONED.
any story that was not updated in the last 6 months will be automatically classified as abandoned.

If it's uncertain whether a story is ongoing or abandoned, but is definitely not complete, how would you like them to be categorized? Just say ongoing and hope they get updated?

Six months rule. if any of the entries in the list are currently tagged as ongoing, but you know that they are abandoned, please let me know so that i could fix them.

After a long hiatus, I was summoned as if by fate by a sudden private message asking me to finish my abandoned story.

So, I won't make any promises. I'll let my work show for itself. If "Behind my Scars" shows up in the active threads again, it'd be wonderful to have it added.
