Well Misha did say "This is my first time with a man..." or something like that. It seems unlikely that Shizune would've turned her down and then had fun-fun with her (Slow Recovery reference). Therefore it seems that someone else had to have filled this important role, and not necessarily after the confession to Shizune- for all we know, Emi's been in the game before Misha arrived...

The art work is done by one of the official artists, but it's not canon. Hisao managed to tuck Hanako in bed before it got to the stage depicted in the art.

In response to all of this speculation over the existence of this CG... the devs don't really want us talking about unreleased... drafts... of their work. So can it, before we're discovered by whoever the 4LS member version of Xanatos is- somebody angry at everybody, only with actual power.
