Download uTorrent (google it), download the torrent file off the blog, open the torrent file with uTorrent, specify where you want to download the installer to when it asks you, wait for it to download, double click on the installer in the location you set it to download.

Because the translation teams are only starting on translating the game now that it's out. Don't count on there being a translation to your language for at least a few months yet.

It's illegal to distribute adult content to minors in most areas, iirc.
