I don't know why. I shed happy manly tears at this ending, which is by far my favorite. There was just so much struggle between Hisao and Rin leading up to this point and this just made me feel like that was all over, and that all that was left for them was a new future. I don't know how to explain it I guess?
also this is the first time I've ever cried about fictional characters, ever. More feels than the RDR ending.
