I liked Kenji in Shizune's route, especially the threeway argument between him, Shizune and Hiaso. He's funny when he's pitted with other characters and the game knows when he shouldn't be around, like how he's mostly absent in Rin's darker route.

This is why others seem to hate him. He just breaks up the important stuff for wacky nonsense, and I guess some people just hate fun. xD
