That is to say, I think these would be the best asignments of duty. I wouldn't trust Rin to command a tank, but I doubt it requires the use of her arms.

Actually, Lily might do well as the commander, since Shizune can't communicate to the rest without Misha. Replace Lily as commander, and Rin as the radioman. She's probably dexterous enough to work out the controls.

Hanako and Emi would do well as Driver and Gunner respectively, I'd suppose. It makes it better that Lily would be commander also, because Hanako would be happier taking orders from her.

I think the most hilarious for a pre-46 tank would have to be:

It's funny, because Lilly is blind, Shizune is mute and deaf, Rin doesn't have arms, and I honestly think 9/10 times Hanako doesn't have it in her to fire the gun.
Emi is honestly the leftover, because even if she were without her prosthetics, if I remember correctly, pedals aren't that important for driving a tank.

Lilly: "Driver, forward. I think."
Emi: 'Is that this one?"
*tank lurches*
Shizune: "..."
Hanako: "I think that's an enemy tank to the right."
Rin: *stares contemplatively at the ammunition rack*
Lilly: "Where? To the right?"
Emi: "I think I got it!"
*tank bursts through wall*
Lilly: "What was that? Are we hit?"
Rin: "I'm not sure how this is supposed to work."
*tank hit by enemy round, bursts into flame*
Shizune: "...!"

Emi and Shizune have the presence of mind to get out, taking Lilly with them.
If left alone, Hanako would have an emotional breakdown because the tank is on fire, and Rin... well, Rin probably couldn't climb out of the thing unaided.

Anyway, I think the new situation would be as a band. The problem is, a lot of them could work out. But for some hilarity, have Shizune as lead singer and Rin as drummer (though she could probably figure this out, it would still be damned hilarious).

That might be more awkward. Lets start with a realistic approach:

...Lilly as piano/keyboard (seems convenient for her, and like something she might know)
...Hanako as guitarist (just kinda threw her in last)
...Shizune as bass guitarist (I find bass is more easily felt than heard, anyway)
...Rin as lead singer (if only because I can think of nothing else not requiring arms)
...Emi as drummer (The girl is literally energy ad nauseum)

IT would actually be funnier if Rin was the drummer, it might be awkward, but then again, only Rin is able to eat food with her feet. She might be able to drum.

But the reason Hanako would do the vocals is because it's specifically mentioned in her route that Lily, Akira, and Hanako usually do karaoke around her birthday (Correct me if I am wrong,) and Hanako usually has the best time of it.

I honestly can't seem to think of scenarios that would be particularly hilarious.

Hanako being a stand-up comedian.

Lilly being an elite sniper as part of the SAS.

Shizune being a telemarketer. (Imagine her using Microsoft Sam.)

Misha being a funeral organizer.
