Maybe.
In order to download the full-sized version with Nuance PDF reader, I had to save it as a bitmap filetype. Which normally isn't a problem, but I can't upload it to tinypic or this forum with that extension. So I went into photoshop and resaved it as a png. You may be asking "but if it's a png, why is there artifacting around the contours, like the hat?" Well, the artifacting is present in the original image as well if you look closely (I hope I didn't ruin the picture for you by saying that), so there's no way around it, short of manually cleaning it up or getting the true original image from whoever has it before it was saved as a jpg or a bmp or whatever caused the artifacting.
But if Nuance did a good job and this is actually identical to the original, then I guess this is it.

I'm rather amused at the sight of Misha in the tanuki suit. A popular character who now has access to magical shapeshifting testicles will spawn a great many fanfics and fanart.

It was also interesting to see how Lilly's surname is spelled. It's a small detail, but a fascinating one.
