And, while not technically a quote, given who it's from, I'll count it:

Sig related. But yeah, I love a lot of the endgame (well, "end-act") Shizune stuff, both what Hisao says and what Shizune implies. Me and some other people on 4chan earlier on all noted how Rin's "period dialogue" was some breakthrough moment for us, when we all fell for Rin. Something about her cutting straight to the point for once, showing her vulnerability but in a very Rin-like way, rather than uncharacteristically going all moe.
