Well, i just hope you'll remember to tell the artists next time :p
The more attention i pay to the development, the more i find that you guys REALLY put a lot of effort in this. Much more than i thought.
Now i understand why that game's awesome, the chessboard's a prime example: it took three months, and it's really well made.
I guess everyone will agree if i say that. Now i look forward to the final release more than ever, but i understand that is has to take some time.
After reading what i wrote, i realise it sounds weird... Well, long story short: It's awesome, keep up the good work.
Also, the in the box, i agree for Kenji's porn.

The box contains the old Emi and Yuuko.
They had to put them SOMEWHERE.

Thanks, you just managed to give me a horrific image of some of the _current_ cast finding a cardboard box with two very familiar, bloody, shredded and somewhat decomposed bodies and then trying to come up with a proper explanation as to just what on earth is happening in Yamaku.

There's your sequel, devs.

The Devs already have it planed out. They call it the "Run screaming into the night to get away from KS" plan. And if not, there is always plan B.... since Hideaki is a very beautiful girl.

I was thinking art. :< Or maybe it could be the cure to every one of the girl's disabilities.
Robot eyes for Lilly!
Robotic Skin Grafts for Hanako!
Robot legs for Emi!
Robot arms for Rin!
And instead of a hearing aid for Shizune, she can have control of Australia.

The game is a creature unto itself at this point. It'll chase 'em down.
The poor, deluded fools, thinking they can escape.

Shows how naive Shizune really is. Nobody wants Australia. Haven't you read Wanted by Mark Miller? Giving someone Australia does not end well, I assure you.

I was actually reading a story where the author faced the problem of writing up a game of chess between two characters that couldn't see. His solution was to give the characters the ability to visualise the game in their mind. Given this, I was wondering why the devs didn't adopt a similar solution instead of putting in all that effort onto the board?
BTW the story was Gentlemen, be seated by Robert Heinlein

Because as much as they can visualize the game state in their minds they can't make a move without knocking half of their pieces down or place them correctly without some kind of aid.

It is a bit sad how most of the posts in this thread reference the mysterious cardboard box, and not the chessboard.
I feel a bit sorry for climatic.
But alas, it is truly a wonderful piece of art, this chessboard.

It would take less time and effort to carve the chessboard using only your fingernails than it did to draw it.
Congrats on the nice artwork and the intact fingers.

For your info, the picture is from a game called Wanko to Kurasou. Not necessarily worthy of playing. Way overboard with the amount of sex scenes, the story's good but a bit limited. Also unless you're a furry the amount of furry... it just gets to you.
