Some information is in this thread, here's Aura on it:

Found what it is: Himeno of Tamahime made a few pages of KS 4koma as a "copy book" omake release for their book in Comitia88, which was about a week after Act 1 was released. So yeah, the Japanese prove their speed once again, making doujins of KS less than a week after it was released. Too bad it's probably not possible to find more about it, as there was a *very* limited amount of copies of the omake paper, and they were printed with a printer at a paper store in the last minute, instead of an actual printing company.

There's one artwork in the shimmie here, which is actually some of Himeno's other characters in KS uniforms (compare this). And here is an actual drawing of Hanako by the same artist (I think), plus this looks a lot like Shizune but probably isn't.
