The only parallel I can draw with Madhouse is Cardcaptor Sakura. I remember reading about how for whatever reason it was developed to be a role model piece for people growing up watching it. This is because everyone is accepting of any sexual orientation and relationship choice equally, especially between student and teacher. Not to mention I read further, and it was suggested that Sakura, particularly in school plays, was all about women empowerment and how she challenged gender roles like those in Western folklore. I'm willing just to take all that at face value. I'd watch an adaptation if it was this great. By that I mean the rather realistic point of view Katawa Shoujo has on the disabled that the reader can see being one of it's most important assets, and how that compares to other works.

Anyway, 'If' KS where to get animated. I'd say J.C staff should it. As long as they don't put a tsundere loli in it.

Milky Studios gets my vote. Might as well go all the way.

I'm thinkin' though, how would the DevTeam react to a KS anime? Would they go for it? Also, I hear some studios will develop any series so long as they're given money for it. I wonder what it would cost to produce a 13 ep series based on KS. I know, I'm probably thinking too far ahead and delving into some dangerous territory here, but if the DevTeam accepts the idea, perhaps the community could fund it.

I'll stop stirring the shit now.

My choices: Sunrise, Bones, J.C Staff, Production I.G, Kyoto Animation, Studio Hibari, Gainax and Shaft (like they did with he is my master), or a Flash with CG animation by me.
