You have been playing too much KS when...
Re: You have been playing too much KS when...
Gender is a social construction whereas sex is the biological differences between male and female.
One of my hobbies is coloring anime style linearts. My avatar is the first lineart I've colored.

Agreed. Are we seriously going to argue about sex and gender in a KS forum?Pseudogenesis wrote: ohboyherewego.jpg

You can't explain that!

Right, but I'm almost certain the word you were thinking of is 'consummate'. Based on the context.ravenlord wrote:I don't like to explain jokes, but . . .

...This may be a sign of too much Twin Peaks OR too much KS but after my last manly picnic, I imagined Cooper rolling into town and uncovering all sorts of crazy supernatural stuff at Yamaku...Which makes Kenji's early rambling about "dark secrets" awesome in hindsight.

Re: You have been playing too much KS when...
Setou and Ibarazaki roll up on the darkened campus, a heavy mist rolling through the barren, autumn trees. The gates hang in shambles, and the carefully manicured gardens have fallen to ruin, but the building stands unmarred by the passage of time. Yamaku Academy has been abandoned for nearly fifteen years, but somehow the local gang wars haven't left it covered in graffiti and refuse. Local rumors told people to stay away from this place, saying it was haunted by the tragedy that brought its supporting foundation to ruin.Hoitash wrote:The Kenji Files, maybe?Xanatos wrote:...This may be a sign of too much Twin Peaks OR too much KS but after my last manly picnic, I imagined Cooper rolling into town and uncovering all sorts of crazy supernatural stuff at Yamaku...Which makes Kenji's early rambling about "dark secrets" awesome in hindsight.
...Oh snap, CROSSOVER FANFIC TIME!
Overhead, the sky crackles with lightning and the following rumble of thunder ripples through the trees, creating an eerie ambiance as Setou rolls down his window. "This is where it all started, Ibarazaki," he says absently.
"You can call me Emi, you know," Ibarazaki balks, "we've been partners for ten years."
Setou ignores her comment and continues trying to focus on the blurbs of color - little more than shadows cast against the pall of fog hanging around them as an unsettling blanket. He smirks, giving up on trying to see the surroundings. "I think this is the place," he says cryptically.
"You say that every week," Ibarazaki retorts, rolling her green eyes and frowning at her aloof partner, "and every week, you're wrong."
Setou glares at her through his thick glasses -or glares somewhere near her anyway- and chides, "you're just jealous of my spleen."
Ok that's enough of that...
