If people are expecting a air head they are in for a rude awakening

Rin is an honorable mention due to the fact that yes, even though she seems airheaded, she actually seems very mentally apt. Playing though the first time, I did not get an airheaded vibe from her. Instead, I got a witty, snarky personality, which is actually quite refreshing in moderate doses.

Well, Rin might be more accurately described as "head in the clouds" than as "airheaded". The first being a thoughtful person not overly concerned with the material and physical world around them but with mental concepts; the second would be a person without/incapable of thought because frankly they have little equipment to do any thinking with.
I wouldn't describe any of the 5 main girls in KS as "airheaded". Now Misha...

But then again, I AM the proud founder of the "Misha Must Die Fan Club"
