Don't know if its been posted before, so here goes. I swear she looks exactly like Shizune, her personality seems pretty similar as well. Its basically a hentai doujin with a talking Shizune in it!!!

I think it has, but I'm too lazy to find it.

From the picture, its easy to imagine this as being what she would be like if she wasn't deaf/mute.

This page has no spoken dialogue by her, so I'm just going to pretend that this is Shizune before she transfers to Yamaku. Since it's hentai, perhaps Shizune has so much sex she gets kicked out of this school and has to go to Yamaku.

I've only found the untranslated doujin after about 15 minutes of searching, and I don't plan on doing any more, but she only has sex once in it. I can't read moonrunes, but it seems that there's some kind of competitive sex thing going on, since in one panel the guy laughs at her attempts to get him off, then she gets mad and goes all out before realizes what she got herself into.

Seen it in the store today, and the first thing to pop into my mind was: "It can't be KS-OST, it has no songs in it..."

Ramona Flowers from Scott Pilgrim and Clementine from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind both remind me of Rin, especially when their hair is red(ish); both personality wise and physical appearances (Ramona more so in the latter category), except, sans arms, obviously.
