That's pretty funny you mention it, because OP and another guy actually did that in this thread. Not very sure if one of them involved Hanako, but i seem to remember one about Lilly and Akira killing/eating each other and Hanako forced to watch. Convince her (with Lilly's help) that reconstructive surgery is the best option for her...But have the surgeon secretly be a monster movie makeup artist.
