Doesn't work that way. It's the same reason why people put lemon on fish — both fish and ejaculate are slightly basic because of amine groups, so the lemon or orange just neutralises it. The recipient of the ejaculate can eat the citrus and it will work better.

Any kind of citrus makes semen taste "sweeter" iirc, and apparently pineapples and lemons(!) are the best ones for those purposes
