Because despite being blind, she has a sense of hearing, touch, proprioception and other such things that would allow her to determine the cake and/or cake-giver's relative position. It's probably polite to at least look to somebody if they've just handed over some delicious cake. And if I were blind, I'd probably still look toward my fork as I'm brandishing it to and fro, granted I wasn't born blind so it seems a natural thing to me. She also seems to be blushing so the shifting of the eyes could be an embarrassment and/or shyness reaction.

I think what my dislike with it actually was, is her posture. Looking away all cute like is one thing, but assuming her arm if pointing toward the source of the cake... She seems to be turning a full 120° away

Apparently there was a scene where Lilly jumped Hisao in the shower written, but it was cut from the final game because "too much sex"

Liking the colored version, but something seems...off.

Hisao's too dark and Lilly's too pale. Their skin tones should be much closer together than they are.

It's just because Lilly is actually an Altmer. And Hisao looks...maybe Imperial? Or Nord...can't be sure.
