Shizune's route.

It has canon and (via Risk) cannon.

(Seriously, though, all of the endings in the actual VN. In reality, I tend to weight things more towards Hanako and Lilly's routes (and when there's an inconsistency between their routes and Shizune's, theirs win), although I do allow Shizune's route to contradict word of author in my headcanon in some places.)

Story wise Emi's ending, because she's a loose cannon!

Somebody who knows how Emi and Hisao are going to end up at the end of the day. Face it Emi's good end is only going to last a short while. Unless Emi changes a lot they will never stay together for long.
BTW I voted for Rin's good ending not Emi's bad end.

Well, see, this one makes more sense. Hisao actually has the skills to get there, and that way, none of the girls are left out.
