Richard Ian Cox would make a good Kenji though. And by good, I mean REALLY annoying.

I'm not an expert on the matter, but as I said before I think that Kenji should be voiced by Nobuyuki Hiyama.
He voiced Genshiken's hot-blooded uber-nerd Madarame (who has some similarity to Kenji) and also Gurren Lagann's Viral, and provided the voice for Link in Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time, so I think it would be a good choice.

Eh, I got the voice from Deadman Wonderland. Never heard of Tower of Druaga and haven't seen Case Closed in years.
