Just tried to imagine that. Couldn't portray it very well, so I also imagined her with a suit with robotic arms, legs, that allowed her to see, hear and talk. And thus, Iron Woman was born.

Actually, to be complete honesty with you, I wanna see a doujin (non hentai) or Hanako experimenting with drugs and alcohol as well as doing harmful things as an outlet for her anger and depression during her high school years. If I didn't have a huge bias against writing fanfiction, I would write this right now. But this could be an original story all together so meh.

Another non-hentai doujin that would be cool would be if you discover that Hanako actually created the Iwanako persona, an reflection of what she wants to me (A beautiful girl with high self-confidence, good friends, a normal life, etc.) and it is explain through the doujin that it is a multiple-personality disorder that Hanako created after the accident.

After Shizune's H-scene when Hisao wonders back into the school and they go to check up on Misha, when I only saw Muuto at first, I couldn't help but thinking Misha was trying to "Please" him by doing some sort of erotic things to raise her grade.
I could totally see that scene getting doujin'd. Not that I'd want to, I'm not into age gaps that big.

Okay i really do need to address this because it's been a recurring problem within the online community of gamers and assholes. Katawa Shoujo should have gone by a different title, Four Leaf dropped the ball. I know it was the draft name by Raita, but while i don't necessarily disagree with you about meaning and context being more important than the word itself, words typically used for dehumanization shouldn't be taken lightly. Katawa is a derogatory term like bitch or retard, and considering that there is a good reason for the reaction you get for words used in such a context, more care should be put into the use. Besides, so what if it was the name of Raita's draft? Do you think every working title sticks? Hell, even Stephanie Meyer's knew that, she called her work "Twilight" instead of going with her working title "Evil Bitch and her Sparkly Faggot."

As for the topic, i personally foresee a whole lot of NTR with Hanako, Lilly, and Shizune but i've seen crap like that for K-On! of all things, so schlock like that is almost to be expected. Lots of rape is also to be expected because there tends to be a fair deal of sexual frustration being vented by doujin artists. But if by some small miracle we get past the crude fan porn, i still foresee disaster because i expect there'll be a few doujins focusing on Hanako taking up self harm.
