At least for Hanako, one could argue that since the pubic hair would have grown unevenly due to the severe burns, so she just shaved it all off.

With Rin, excessive pubic hair could be uncomfortable since she uses her legs so often (Simply using pure logic and has utterly no idea if such a thing could be true.)

As for Emi, her past boyfriend might just have liked it shaved off.

actually it's much more comfortable with the pubic hair in its place - it prevents excessive chafing and protects the inside from infections.
