Kick ass. Simply kick ass.
Hair needs more than just two tones and a highlight to express depth. The hair behind her head is usually at least 3-4 shades darker than the initial color. The shading in the clothes looks excellent, but the fades on the shadings still lack a bit of detail compared to how Syu does it. Shading on the skirt is a bit too random (as if ignoring the light source, which looks to be the upper right of the photo itself). Though the text and it's borders cover some of it, it still isn't an excuse to turn lazy on it.
Other than that, pretty decent job.
