I thought she liked the dark tiles.

That's since there are 5 completely different writers, and he's kind of generic.

I doubt sex would put all that much more pressure on him than running, so presumably after he gets his fitness/strength up, he'll be fine if he takes it easy. Plus it'd be a pretty awesome way to go, pumping it into 6 disabled girls and possibly Yuuko.

That's the point I was trying to make... except that last part.

Also, about possible sexual dysfunction:
--While "erectile dysfunction" is listed as a possible side effect of Hisao's meds, not everyone gets every side effect.
--There are medications available to cure ED.
--While Hisao's not in great shape as of the end of Act 1, the Nurse is working to help his endurance. On Emi's path, he's already started working out.

Oh, indeed. I'm sorry. Doesn't change the "alone" factor anyway.

Won't Hisao join the art club in Rin's route? Since he unconsciously did say he was interested in it during Rin's Route. This shows he is unknowingly interested in it. And for what we all know Hisao is still doing/will be doing his routine running on the track. We just won't see it. He wasn't told to be a health food nut or anything, just to regularly exercise at his own pace without much strain. We already saw what happens if he goes beyond that point in Emi's route.

First, you're assuming that picking a girl is saving her from her problems, not dating her. However, KS is a romance story. You don't like a girl because she has issues, unless you have a white knight syndrome (in that case go pick Hanako XD).
Second, even if it's about "saving' the girls, remember that in order to save someone, someone else won't be saved. If you didn't get the reference, go read Fate/Stay Night. Five times. For each route.
(What do you mean "I read too much VNs"?)

now by having this great demand for a harem route, the devs will most likely create a route that looks harem at first, but you get screwed over as you haven't really gotten close to any of the girls. And you'll spend a few hours thinking Hisao is about to have the orgy scene, but instead, you're spending a few hours realising why you can't get a harem situation in your life. And then you feel stupid, trying to lead several non-slag girls into a nice group activity.
Shortly followed by feeling like an idiot for getting no where in the last play through, and then go for the Shizune arc from the hope that Misha might join in

Methinks the game's a bit too far in development for the devs to add a rout just to troll us.

Keep in mind that the devs have stuck remarkably close to Raita's original idea, which included the notation that gigolo play would result in ending up with no one.

Which I'm fine with. I enjoy walking the middle path even if it does screw me over in the end, because it's harder to maintain. So that would be the most epic ending for me to find.
I can't find that path in K-S act 1 though, and it's infuriating me because I know it's there.

Seriously? Its so easy! Unless you consider the Kenji-end to not be a "neutral" path, but if so then there really isn't one.
If you're having trouble getting that route, just take the Shizune path and then freak out on them when they ask about the pills in Hisao's room. Easy-Kenji path!

That's bothered me, too. I'd really like an ending where the girls end up on at least civil terms with each other and Hisao; having gotten to know that Shizune and Misha are good people, for instance, it would suck if fulfilling the Lilly route meant that Shizune and Misha hate Hisao at the end for hobnobbing with the enemy.
I mean, let's be honest: all the girls have some personality problems that could be fixed or mitigated with character development. Shizune, to be blunt, can be a bitch; Hanako's cripplingly shy; Rin is occasionally a little too weird; Emi needs to chill; and Lilly... I forget. But I get the feeling she's rather removed from the world (except for Hanako). But here's the thing: all of those, toned down a notch or three, are what's best and most charming about the girls. When Shizune works, Shizune gets shit done; Hanako is adorably quiet and reads a lot; Rin is... well, Rin; Emi's basically a dynamo; and Lilly has a sort of untouchable cool about her. So, in my opinion, the trick will be to develop the girls so that they grow to be better people without losing what it is that makes them special.
