Actually, the first one's her Normal End; Akiha doesn't get a Good End. Also, it's implied (and confirmed in Kagetsu Tohya) that Shiki survived the True End...somehow.

He also becomes an unruly parent that doens't get together with his daughter until she is like five and who shortly dies in his arms about a month after they get together again.

To clarify on Akiha True Ending, no you're wrong. Read Kagetsu Tohya to know what happened after Akiha True End, from Akiha's POV.

This should give you an idea about just how arbitrary the scene, and hence the ending, names are.

Although I did like "Dulce et decorum est" (even though the scene is long dead and buried from the light. Hanako PUNCH!)

I was thinking for shizune/lilly you could use something like, 'Did you see that?' or ' Did you hear that?' :3 i dont feel very creative atm

Not really.

With the little sister Akiha you do not get a good end...hinting at that incest relationship(even if not blood related) is bad. In my opinion that was the only thing I did not like about Tsukihime.

You don't get a really good end with Akiha, because in one end you die and in the other she turns into a vegetable. (Yes, I know they did a backflip on the first in a sequel.
I don't think relationships between siblings are evil per se. It's not for me, but people should be true to their feelings. True love can never be a bad thing.
Doesn't apply to Tsukihime anyway, because as you said they are not related.
