Hisao, Kenji and the girls are all 17-18 years old.

anyway in all seriousness, i think the game mentioned that theirs a nursing staff on call. Which could mean that you could reach a medical staff member at anytime. Basically saying that there may not always be someone in the office, but there is always someone to help you.

About the ages... aren't some of the girls younger than the others? I thought Hanako was a year or two younger than Lilly? or am I wrong?

Emi seems also way younger than the other.

Off the top of my head i forgot which girls exactly but some are younger and going on to the legal age(18) as the story progresses while some(Lilly) are already 18. I would look up the exact posts but i cba'd to atm.

Actualy, if I remember correctly, one of the devs posted in another thread that Emi is is older than Lilly. Emi is "legal" (18) and Lilly is still "jailbait" (17).
Like it matters a lot. All it takes is a sentence from the writer to make time pass, so the characters are whatever age the writer wants/needs them to be.
Are there any other gnats to strain at?

Old and incorrect information. As per the website, Lilly's birthday is in February while the game starts in June. She's 18 during the game.

Hisao is also 18 during the game.
