Same here lol.
At first when I got manly picknic and fell off the roof and died and saw the ending credits roll I went all question mark.

When I got to manly picnic, I was wondering what girl this route is connected to. And after I realised it felt worse with every other scene I started to think that this either a secret gay route, or a definite bad end. But that's the most satisfactory (and frustrating, when you get it 3 times in a row, yes I did, oh woe is me) bad end I ever saw.

Finally got the Manly picnic unintentionally while trying to find Rin's route (I feel like that happens alot) and didn't realize what was happening till the very end. I thought you would go out to the faire and hang out with Rin because I'd steered away from all the other girls. Nope.

Manly picnic is the only one I haven't done yet, but I don't want to die

Yep, exactly what happened to me. Except, after I chose the other option I ended up Lilly's route instead.

I got the Emi route first, only because I came across the first decision that had me choose between doing something stupid and totally out of character for myself and doing what I would do. Having Hisao decide to try to race Emi established him as something of a moron in my head. His behavior in the Emi route did not do much to change my mind before the end.

There's no Misha choice. I am disappoint.
